Endodontics

The word endodontic comes from the Greek word eno meaning "within" and the Greek word odous meaning "tooth". Endodontic therapy, also known as a root canal (therapy), is a treatment of the tooth aimed at clearing infection, as well as protecting the tooth from subsequent infections. The treatment is carried out in the pulp of the tooth. An Endodontist specializes in this treatment.

By having over 36 years of root canal therapy experience, Dr. Wokuluk can perform most all endodontic therapies necessary for his patients. Once in a while however, cases come along that require the services of an Endodontist. The Endodontist would have the highly specialized tools necessary for the patients unique situation. For these special cases, Dr. Wokuluk will refer the patient to an Endodontist.
